This is not a 1099 contractor role. You receive the stability, benefits, and support that come with being an employee, while still maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

Flexible Scheduling

You choose your preferred days, hours, and service areas within the Phoenix metro. We build schedules with drive times of 10 minutes or less between sessions whenever possible.

Administrative Support

We handle intake, scheduling coordination, insurance billing, and logistics so you can focus on your clients and clinical growth.

Intentional Caseloads

We are thoughtful about caseload size, routing, and long-term sustainability so your work remains meaningful and manageable.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive per session pay starting at $55 per hour
